Josh Hill is a multi-disciplinary designer based in Orange County, CA.
He helps brands show up beautifully and stand out with purpose—crafting identities that attract the right people and give shape to what a company truly stands for. To him, good design turns the ordinary into something meaningful.
Outside the studio, he’s usually in the ocean, with his wife and two cats, or chasing down a new idea.

As part of Onroute’s global rebrand and North American launch campaign, I solo-designed a 15+ page website that positioned the company as the bold, aspirational choice in dispatch software. Built for conversion, the site showcased the product’s power and personality through cinematic layouts, screen-forward visuals, and a premium tech aesthetic. With high contrast, immersive feature graphics, and carefully composed sections, the result was an unforgettable experience—and a major driver of market capture in the US.
